Information you provide
Brand briefs collect your name, work email, company, phone number, target markets, budget range, timing and campaign requirements. Creator applications collect contact details, country, public profile link, content category, audience-size range and languages. Each form identifies its required fields. Without those details, we may be unable to process your request. Market Signals registration collects your email and interest in the briefing. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal records.
Section 03
Public profiles and technical information
We use public creator profiles and information supplied by creators to assess campaign fit and present creator work. We do not request access to private social accounts. Our hosting and security providers process technical request information to deliver the website and prevent misuse. Our enquiry service also uses an IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Section 04
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess creator applications, discuss potential campaigns and maintain related business correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website. Registering interest in Market Signals does not itself subscribe you to marketing emails. Sending an enquiry does not create a campaign contract or guarantee a creator placement.

Who receives your information
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, customer relationship management and email delivery. They process enquiry and application information to support these services. Relevant TCE team members use that information to handle your request and related correspondence.
Section 06
International processing
Our service providers may process your information outside your country. The countries involved and the applicable arrangements depend on the service used. You can ask our legal team for information about the providers and international processing relevant to your enquiry.
Section 07
How long we keep information
Our retention policy for website enquiry and application records is 36 months from the last meaningful interaction. The legal team handles retention reviews and deletion requests. Contract, accounting or dispute records may need to be kept for longer where applicable requirements justify it. You can request deletion before the end of the retention period, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

Cookies and embedded videos
This main website does not load advertising or analytics tags. Your browser can remember your theme and external-media preferences. Embedded videos connect to their provider when you select a video or enable remembered permission in Cookie settings. With remembered permission, videos can load as you scroll and on later visits. The provider may receive your IP address and use cookies under its own policy. Cookie settings lets you withdraw this permission and unload videos. Use your browser to remove cookies already set by a provider. Separately hosted campaign sites have their own settings.

Contact links and meeting bookings
WhatsApp and meeting-booking links connect you to Meta and Google services. Email links open your chosen email application. Information you share through these services is also handled under their own privacy notices. Messages and booking details you send to TCE become part of the related business correspondence.
Section 10
Parents and legal guardians
An applicant under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian use the website on their behalf. The parent or guardian should provide their own name and contact details and explain the creator relationship without including unnecessary private information. Campaign participation, permissions and safeguards require separate agreement.
Section 11
Privacy requests and questions
The TCE legal team monitors legal@thecrazyentrepreneur.com and handles privacy and deletion requests. Contact this address to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent or complain to the relevant authority. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website or how we handle information. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest update.
