Website operator

Section 02
Website information and tools
The website describes TCE services, creator work and campaign-planning topics. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the stated inputs and assumptions. They are not creator quotes, platform payout promises, investment advice or guaranteed campaign results. Check the original source and relevant terms before relying on third-party information.
Section 03
Enquiries and creator applications
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Sending a brief or application does not create an obligation to start a campaign, offer representation or provide paid work. Creators are considered for relevant campaign requirements. Do not send passwords, private account access, payment credentials or sensitive personal records.
Section 04
Campaign agreements
A separate signed agreement governs each campaign. It sets the contracting entity, scope, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, approvals, revisions, cancellation and content rights. Website descriptions do not replace those agreed terms. TCE normally contracts and bills through its UAE entity, subject to the entity named in the signed agreement.
Section 05
Content and intellectual property
Creator names, images, logos and campaign examples belong to their respective rights holders. Their display does not grant a licence to reuse them. Obtain the necessary permission before copying, adapting, publishing or using campaign content in advertising. Usage rights for commissioned content must be agreed for each campaign.
Section 06
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorised access. Do not use contact forms to send spam or upload confidential material that you have no permission to disclose.
Section 07
Third-party services
Links and optional embedded content may take you to, or connect with, another provider. Review that provider’s terms and privacy information. TCE does not control the continued availability of third-party posts, services or platform features.
Section 08
Under-18 users
A parent or legal guardian must use the enquiry or application service on behalf of anyone under 18, using their own contact details. Any campaign involving a minor requires the relevant permissions and safeguards in the campaign agreement.
Section 09
Your rights and questions
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. For a website issue or a question about these terms, contact legal@thecrazyentrepreneur.com. Campaign-specific disputes are subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Section 10
Updates to these terms
We may update these website terms as the website and services change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest update. An update to these website terms does not amend a separate signed campaign agreement.
